Job summary

ThermalWorks has an exciting opportunity for a Service Operations Coordinator to support the Service Delivery Manager and ServiceNow program. This role coordinates between customers, technicians, and service management to dispatch requests, track progress, and ensure service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to learn ServiceNow quickly, building relationships with field technicians while maintaining customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in dispatching, service coordination, technical support, or related roles.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Experience with ticketing or work order systems and service management tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate service requests to technicians based on priority, skillset, location, and availability.
• Create, update, monitor, and close service tickets within ServiceNow and other tools.
• Monitor ticket aging, escalations, and backlog; ensure accurate documentation.
• Support technicians with scheduling, processes, and system navigation; maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with technicians across Europe and manage work orders and requests in ServiceNow.
