Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Service Contracts Administrator I to support quoting, contract administration, and reporting for CMSU service contracts across the front line service management and sales teams.

The role involves maintaining Oracle databases and ensuring accurate contract lifecycle management and commission data. Qualified candidates typically possess a 4-year degree in Finance or Business Administration and several years of financial analysis or systems analysis

Qualifications

• 4 year / bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3 years financial analysis experience or four years handling progressively responsible business/systems analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• SERVICE AGREEMENT QUOTING: Provide the administrative support required for the successful preparation and sale of service contracts for the sales and service organizations: Prepare / audit service quotations for potential new equipment sales in order to ensure proper service entitlements, contract term, pricing and discount levels through the use of Oracle.
• CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION: Provide the administrative support required for the successful maintenance and invoicing of service agreements throughout the lifecycle of CMSU.
• CONTRACT REPORTING: Respond, consolidate and prepare reports as requested by management in order to track and identify service contract opportunities.
