Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Service Contracts Admin I to provide administrative support for the sale and management of service contracts for the front line service management team and sales organizations.

The role requires maintaining Oracle databases to prepare quotations, activate, modify and terminate contracts across the CMSU installed base and to analyze contract information for key business metrics and management reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years financial analysis experience or four years handling progressively responsible business/systems analysis projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Ability to plan own schedule to meet deadlines for reports and projects within established time frames.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the administrative support required for the successful maintenance and invoicing of service agreements throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare service addendums and modify the Oracle database to accommodate mid-term changes as requested by the field and customers.
• Audit quotes, pricing and entitlements and prepare management reports to identify opportunities and for process improvements.
