Job summary

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Svc Contracts Admin I to support service contract quoting, administration and reporting for CMSU installed base. You will maintain Oracle data, prepare quotations, activate/modify/terminate contracts, and assist management with revenue analysis.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• SERVICE AGREEMENT QUOTING: Prepare and audit service quotations for potential new equipment sales to ensure proper service entitlements, contract term, pricing and discount levels.
• CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION: Maintain Oracle database for activation, modification and termination of service agreements and mid-term changes.
• CONTRACT REPORTING: Consolidate and prepare reports to track opportunities and identify anomalies or trends.
