Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is hiring for a Service Center Coordinator in a remote role with the expectation to live within driving distance to one of Corvias' housing bases. You will enter and track work orders, maintain documentation, and coordinate service visits with residents and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

The role requires 2+ years in property management or facilities operations with strong customer service, communication, and organization skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in property management and/or facilities operations with customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the invoice processing cycle from PO creation, matching invoice to work order, and payment processing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information and ideas with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track work orders in the work order system from initiation to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and interactions in the property management software.
• Coordinate planned service visits with residents, contractors, and maintenance teams.
