Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in property management or facilities operations, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely with a requirement to live within driving distance of listed bases. The position offers a pathway to contribute to a national housing program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in property management and/or facilities operations with customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the invoice processing cycle from PO creation, matching invoice to work order, and payment processing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clear and professional interlocution.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track work orders in the property management software, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and resident interactions.
• Coordinate planned service visits with residents, vendors, and maintenance teams.
• Escalate unresolved concerns to the Regional Service Coordinator.
