Qualifications

• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., GANT charts, PERT charts, task lists with dependencies).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corrective action plans for installed base and new products.
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure engineering practices align with Canon policies.
• Drive ROI-based process improvements.
• Lead global service and product engineering collaboration for deployment plans.
• Develop service business models for Canon products, including cost trend analysis and lifecycle planning.
• Manage cost-reduction initiatives for multiple modalities while monitoring service costs.
