Daley And Associates, LLC. is seeking a Service Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing customers across the U.S.

This is a 60% sales / 40% technical role focused on aftermarket revenue, including spare parts, service agreements, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 with a 20% target incentive bonus, and candidates must be based in the central US or West Coast.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in technical sales, field service, or related roles.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Engineering background preferred; degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Proactively identify and convert aftermarket sales opportunities.
• Sell spare parts, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and equipment upgrades.
• Provide technical support and coordinate solutions for customer issues.
• Conduct regular customer visits, training, and presentations.
• Manage opportunities, quotes, and customer activity through CRM.
• Partner with internal sales and service teams to drive opportunities through to completion.
