Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience focused on digital channels, SEO, paid search, and analytics.
• CMS knowledge, preferably HubSpot, and web analytics tools like GA/GA4 and GSC.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical SEO activities including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, page speed, and schema markup.
• Execute on-page SEO and AI-driven visibility strategies (AEO/GEO) across content and site elements.
• Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile and local listings for MCU branches.
• Guide paid search and programmatic strategy, coordinating with external agencies and evaluating performance.
• Ensure content aligns with MCU brand voice and governance, and support analytics reporting and CRO.
