Job summary

Municipal Credit Union is seeking an SEO & Digital Acquisition Specialist to manage organic and paid search across MCU’s website portfolio. You will bridge brand strategy with technical execution, ensuring high-intent traffic and strong lead conversion while coordinating with external agencies.

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, you will handle daily SEO tasks, analytics, and site performance reporting; contribute to CRO, and ensure content aligns with MCU’s brand voice and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years of hands-on digital marketing with SEO, paid search, and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of CMS and analytics platforms.
• Experience coordinating with external paid media agencies preferred.
• Commitment to accessibility and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical SEO and on-page optimization, including schema/structured data.
• Lead AI/GEO content optimization and site structure for AI surfaces.
• Manage local listings and Google Business Profile.
• Oversee paid search programmatic strategy and agency partnerships.
• Maintain brand voice and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Track site and campaign performance and suggest CRO opportunities.
• Handle tagging and privacy compliance with GTM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives.
