Lithia & Driveway is seeking an SEO Content Specialist to craft engaging, SEO-friendly content for lithia.com, greencars.com, and dealership sites nationwide. This remote role collaborates across teams to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.

You will develop on-page optimization, analyze trends, and mentor Online Content Specialists while delivering timely campaigns. The position offers a competitive pay range and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional SEO experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS and SEO best practices.
• Experience with AI-powered SEO tools preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Lithia websites for mobile and desktop.
• Identify search trends and create content to boost organic visibility.
• Write and edit meta titles, descriptions, headlines, and image tags.
• Monitor competitors and search trends to inform strategy.
• Partner with Paid Media/SEM teams, Marketing Managers, and vendors.
• Conduct content audits to identify gaps and maintain accuracy.
• Stay updated on Lithia events and product updates to propose relevant content.
• Lead and mentor Online Content Specialists and develop growth plans.
• Own strategic campaigns and seasonal content initiatives.
