Placements24 is seeking a remote E-commerce Content & SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for a fast-paced online venture. From anywhere, you will create product descriptions, blog content and optimize site elements to boost rankings and attract qualified traffic.

You will conduct keyword research, analyze performance with Google Analytics and SEMrush, build links, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Content Marketer for e-commerce.
• Strong track record of improving rankings and organic traffic.
• Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Excellent writing and editing skills for e-commerce content.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve rankings and traffic.
• Create SEO-optimized product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize on-page and technical SEO elements and site structure.
• Monitor traffic and rankings using Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Implement link-building strategies to boost authority and DR.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for alignment with launches.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues.
