Job summary

Superhuman, part of Grammarly’s ecosystem, seeks an experienced SEO Manager to drive growth across Grammarly.com, Superhuman.com, GPTZero.me, and Fathom.ai. You’ll partner with Growth Content, Product Marketing, Web, Engineering, Analytics, and others to define and execute a Search Everywhere Optimization strategy.

You will move from research to execution—improving pages and templates, diagnosing technical issues, shaping content opportunities, and supporting launches with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Has 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable growth.
• Well-rounded SEO foundation across on-page, content, technical, and offsite.
• Able to investigate opportunities, form hypotheses, and execute with partners.
• Uses data to connect SEO to business outcomes, not just rankings.
• Familiar with major SEO platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO and AEO projects from opportunity through launch and measurement.
• Research what people are searching for and where opportunities lie across content, products, and tools.
• Recommend pages, structure, metadata, internal linking, and structured data.
• Turn SEO insights into content briefs and launch recommendations with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Web and Engineering on crawlability, indexing, site structure, rendering, and speed.
• Track organic performance and recommend actions based on data and trends.
• Investigate SEO issues using Search Console, analytics, site crawls, and competitive research.
• Learn how content shows up in AI-driven search and measure visibility in AI search.
