  • Take ownership of your client relationships and earn respect by understanding the incentives of individual stakeholders and how internal politics shape their ability to influence outcomes
  • Maintain client account health and stakeholder satisfaction to consistently secure account retention
  • Work with the client to define KPIs / OKRs and build reports to provide visibility on performance progress
  • Lead regular check-ins with clients, monthly performance reports, and quarterly business reviews
  • Steer discussions to achieve desired objectives within the allotted time, by preparing appropriately and reading the room to recognize nonverbal cues or subtleties in tone of voice and adapt to feedback
  • Listen to client concerns, articulate solutions confidently with conviction, and build rapport
  • Inspire internal stakeholders and partner with external resources to complete deliverables on time that deliver against scope, as well as meet regular deadlines within a typical two week sprint schedule
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor progress on initiatives and tasks, build knowledge libraries, and provide comprehensive client updates to the greater organization
  • Ability to communicate digital marketing strategies and how they can impact a business
  • Set clear expectations, track client results, and provide regular feedback to account teams to foster success
  • Identify inefficiencies and collaborate with other teams to implement improvements in the client services workflow
  • Update executive sponsors regarding possible contract upgrades and prepare them to participate in QBRs and other major meetings
  • Alert manager and executive sponsor when client demands become untenable, resources are strained, or accounts are at risk
  • Keep clients informed about trends and developments in the SEO industry and continue learning about large language models (LLMs)
Qualifications:
