Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in analytics or workforce planning.
• Strong ability to develop KPIs, scorecards, and data-driven dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python or R and BI tools.
• Experience with workforce demand forecasting and contact center metrics.
• Authorized to work in country without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive and prescriptive models to forecast workforce needs.
• Create scenario analyses to evaluate staffing and budget impacts.
• Analyze headcount, attrition, hiring velocity, and productivity across units.
• Lead workforce planning cycles and align talent with growth and SLAs.
• Build dashboards tracking workforce KPIs and operational performance.
• Partner with HR and leadership to support fair performance evaluations.
