Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Senior Workday Projects & Financials Analyst to configure, administer, and optimize Workday Financials and Projects. You will partner with leaders and adjacent enterprise apps to design end-to-end processes that span Workday and other systems.

Reporting to the Director, you will lead small to mid-size projects, engage end users, and drive improvements while ensuring the system of record remains Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Workday functional experience, focusing on Financials and Projects.
• Strong Workday security configuration and administration experience.
• Ability to architect cross-system processes across Workday, Coupa, Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal communication with end users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday configurations and security setup.
• Collaborate with Coupa, HighRadius, Salesforce to design cross-system processes.
• Manage small to mid-size projects, scoping and delivery.
• Engage end users, translate technical concepts, and train users.
• Provide strategic recommendations for product roadmap items.
