Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Workday Payroll Consultant to join our client’s team in a remote US-based capacity. The role leads payroll operations with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and scalable processes, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities include Tier 2/3 payroll support, data quality, and implementing Workday configurations, reports, and integrations. A strong Workday Payroll Certification and 6+ years HRIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS, Payroll Systems, or Payroll Operations.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll administration.
• Strong configuration and support skills in Workday Payroll.
• Deep knowledge of payroll processing, calculations, and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Workday Payroll.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing issues and data quality concerns.
• Manage support incidents and service requests while meeting SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.
• Support payroll processing activities including earnings, deductions, and taxes.
• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll elements and schedules.
• Maintain payroll integrations with third-party systems and perform error resolution.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and audit controls.
