Job summary

Rate is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Engineer to design, build, and optimize Workday integrations with enterprise systems across HR, Payroll, Finance, and more. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and scalable architecture, aligned with Rate's tech-driven mortgage platform.

The candidate will lead the integration lifecycle from design through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure robust solutions in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise integration development and support.
3+ years Workday integration experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, monitor Workday integrations.
Support integrations with HR, Payroll, Finance, Identity.
Ensure security, data integrity, and performance.
Collaborate with IT and business teams on upgrades.
Support Workday releases and production changes through impact analysis, regression testing, and remediation.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex Workday integration issues.
