Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of Windows system administration and network administration experience.
Expert knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and related tooling.
Experience with VMware ESXi, Exchange, SQL Server, IIS, and related enterprise services.

Responsibilities

Serve as the enterprise SME and technical authority for Microsoft server platforms.
Architect, design, and secure Windows Server environments including Exchange, SQL Server, and IIS.
Lead in-team projects, assign deliverables, and mentor staff.
Perform advanced root-cause analysis and resolve complex system faults.
Define and test disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
Oversee secure remote access solutions and enterprise monitoring strategy.
Provide executive-level risk assessments and recommendations.
