Job summary

Unybrands Ltd is seeking a Wholesale Business Development Manager for a premium baby and layette brand. The role focuses on wholesale growth in premium distribution, including department stores and luxury channels, with US remote work.

You will deepen existing premium partnerships and design expansion programs, leveraging live buyer relationships, managing independent reps, and collaborating across merchandising, supply chain, finance, and marketing.

Qualifications

5+ years in wholesale sales for premium or better brands.
Experience with baby/juvenile categories.
Ability to recruit, manage, and motivate independent reps and multi-door accounts.

Responsibilities

Own premium accounts across department stores, luxury and better specialty.
Build relationships with buyers, planners, and merchandising leadership; lead line reviews.
Design and sell premium expansion programs and create sell-in tools.
Lead independent sales reps; coordinate market/showroom activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing; maintain CRM hygiene.
Provide weekly activity and pipeline reporting.
