Job summary

Jobgether seeks aSenior Web Director in the United States to own the website as a product, driving performance, SEO, and customer experience. You will coordinate marketing, content, design, and engineering to translate business objectives into a clear roadmap with measurable results.

You will lead technical direction, track Core Web Vitals, and shape conversion strategies while partnering with external agencies. This is a remote, senior leadership role in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in a strategic web-focused role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Deep understanding of website performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.

Responsibilities

• Own the website roadmap and prioritize requests from marketing, sales, product and leadership.
• Develop quarterly plans balancing SEO, AEO, conversion improvements and technical debt.
• Lead SEO and AEO strategy with content teams and agencies.
