Job summary

BGE, Inc. is seeking a Water Facilities Technical Leader to lead hydraulic facilities design and mentor emerging engineers. This senior role requires 15+ years of experience in water infrastructure projects and a PE license, with preferred expertise in hydraulics and pump stations. Remote work is available for the right candidate, but preference is given to those who can work from BGE office locations.

As a leader, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop strategies that meet client needs while providing technical guidance and support.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in water facilities design focusing on hydraulics and pump stations.
• Experience with large diameter pipelines and understanding of water conveyance systems.
• Registered PE in Texas or the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Advise on large-scale water infrastructure projects and serve as a technical advisor.
• Mentor emerging engineers and solve complex technical problems.
• Work with leadership to develop client strategies and maintain relationships.
