Responsibilities

• End-to-end program management, design, engineering, implementation, and operational control of DISN VTC systems in the Pacific Theater.
• Serve as a regional SME for secure data transfer systems, overseeing the engineering lifecycle from analysis to support.
• Provide technical oversight of contractor work and represent DISA at industry and public sector conferences.
• Engineer UC and CDS solutions by translating operator requirements and supervising installations across the theater.
• Deliver hands-on senior engineering support for regional network operations and international projects; resolve complex communications issues.
