Job summary

Icatalyft is seeking a Senior Video Editor with deep expertise in editing, post-production, cinematography, and storytelling for B2B campaigns. You will lead multiple projects, deliver high-quality content, and adapt to stakeholder feedback while upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate storytelling and presentation videos.
• Proficient in the listed software and able to adapt to client branding guidelines.
• Ability to lead projects, mentor teammates, and maintain high production standards.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for B2B campaigns.
• Lead creative ideas from storyboard to final cut and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Handle editing and production tasks including camera work, lighting, sound design, and effects.
• Maintain branding systems, templates, and style libraries for consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with senior editors and external partners to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines across channels and platforms.
• Edit content for LinkedIn, emails, paid ads, and websites.
• Maintain templates, branding assets, and SOPs to improve efficiency.
