Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize real-time VFX for games in Unreal/Unity.
• Create shaders and particle systems in line with artistic direction.
• Collaborate with VFX artists to optimize asset performance and memory use.
• Develop tools and workflows to improve VFX pipeline efficiency.
• Troubleshoot VFX integration and performance issues with engineering.
• Mentor junior technical artists and share best practices.
