Logan Finance Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive underwriting transformation initiatives. The role partners with the SVP to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, requirements, and documentation across Credit, Operations, Technology, and offshore teams.

The candidate will manage end‑to‑end delivery, oversee go‑live readiness, and ensure disciplined execution with strong policy, quality, and customer‑oriented outcomes.

Competenze

• Hands‑on mortgage underwriting, quality control, or credit policy experience.
• Experience in mortgage origination and underwriting transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into structured plans, requirements, and documentation.

• Independently manage the portfolio of underwriting transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and milestones aligned to underwriting strategy priorities.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across underwriting workstreams.
• Establish governance, reporting, and escalation routines for visibility into progress and decisions.
• Drive accountability across Credit, Operations, Technology, and offshore teams to meet transformation commitments.
• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define business and system requirements.
• Create BRDs, functional requirements, and process flows to support technology roadmap prioritization.
• Coordinate UAT and implementation support for underwriting technology changes.
