Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide underwriting strategy and guidance for assigned LOB.
• Lead, research, and coordinate development of complex products and programs.
• Oversee profit and loss and business planning for the LOB.
• Analyze premium, loss data and market opportunities to drive profitability.
• Communicate underwriting guidance and best practices across the enterprise.
• Lead training and development of underwriting teams and branch offices.
