Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own global cash management, liquidity forecasting, and debt compliance. This remote role has a strong preference for candidates located in the Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL metro areas, offering high-visibility collaboration with senior leadership.

You will manage 13-week and long-range cash forecasts, bank accounts, covenants, FX risk, and cross-functional treasury initiatives in a private-equity-backed, global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience, including direct exposure to debt compliance, cash forecasting, and bank relationship management.
• Working knowledge of credit agreements, covenant compliance, and lender/agent bank interaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury, or similar) and strong Excel/financial modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management & Liquidity Forecasting: Manage daily domestic and international cash positioning, funding, and pooling activities across the company's bank accounts and entities.
• Debt & Covenant Compliance: Monitor compliance with credit agreement covenants and prepare related compliance certificates and lender reporting.
• Banking Relationships & Risk Management: Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial counterparties; manage FX exposure and risk reporting.
• Cross-Functional & Strategic Support: Support capital structure initiatives, including refinancings and acquisitions; coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal on cash and funding.
• What You'll Do: Partner with Finance teams to optimize cash flow, ensure liquidity, and support strategic treasury initiatives.
