DecisionPoint | Cortek is seeking a Senior Travel & Purchasing Coordinator for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This remote role, with preference for candidates near Chicago, manages travel-authorizations and purchasing documentation, ensuring compliance and timely government concurrence.

The position works with leadership, travelers, finance, procurement, and government stakeholders to maintain records, track approvals, and provide accurate data for program reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process Travel Authorization, Purchase Initiation, and Consent to Purchase requests.
• Perform quality-control reviews to ensure completeness and compliance with templates.
• Coordinate request development with travelers, leaders, finance, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Route requests through approval workflows and track Government review and concurrence.
• Maintain logs of submitted, pending, approved, returned, and closed requests.
• Monitor dates, funding, costs, vendors, travelers, destinations, and related data.
• Support timely submission of requests for Government review.
• Prepare and consolidate trip reports requested by the Government.
• Reconcile records with financial reports and Portal data.
• Maintain accurate portal content, dashboards, and audit-ready files.
