Job summary

DecisionPoint | Cortek seeks a Senior Project Control Analyst to provide financial analysis, project controls, reporting, and contract‑administration support for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. You will manage funding, invoicing, burn rates, forecasts, and spend plans while coordinating with government stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and timely financial decision‑making.

This role is remote with a preference for candidates located in or near Chicago.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit SAM.gov service-contract labor reporting data.
• Monitor funding, expenditures, commitments, and balances by CLIN.
• Develop budgets, burn-rate analyses, forecasts, and estimates at completion.
• Create spend plans, funding-status reports, dashboards, and decision-support products.
• Provide inputs for Monthly Status Reports and Management Reviews.
• Track expenditures and identify variances requiring management attention.
• Validate invoices and support Government review and approval.
• Maintain financial data for dashboards and approval workflows.
• Maintain auditable financial records and protect sensitive information.
