Job summary

Vinci is seeking a senior leader to drive adoption of its physics AI platform in Asia. You will build and mentor a high-performing thermal engineering team that engages prospective customers, demonstrates the platform’s capabilities, and guides complex design optimizations.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering in Palo Alto while traveling within Asia. Strong background in thermal physics, semiconductor packaging, and automation is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years hands-on experience in thermal management and cooling.
• Deep familiarity with semiconductor packaging and advanced packaging tech.
• Strong customer-facing experience with ability to build trust.
• Programming in Python or C++ to automate workflows or parse data.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to scale teams.
• Excellent communication; can translate complex physics for executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of thermal engineers across Asia.
• Lead technical discussions and PoC evaluations with enterprise customers.
• Oversee simulation setup, test case execution, and results interpretation.
• Enable customers and drive deployment, training, and account expansion.
• Provide product feedback from field to product/engineering teams.
• Represent Vinci at industry events and showcase platform value.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and market positioning.
