Job summary

Oowlish, a fast-growing software development company, seeks an experienced Test Architect to own the regression testing strategy and quality framework for a distributed observability platform used across enterprise environments.

You will design automation architecture, set acceptance criteria, and act as the quality gatekeeper through the development lifecycle, collaborating with engineering on logging, tracing, audit trails, and IaC deployments. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Test Architecture or QA leadership.
• Proven experience with distributed, data-intensive systems.
• Experience designing regression and automation strategies.
• Ability to validate performance, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end regression testing strategy for complex platforms.
• Translate success metrics into measurable, automated criteria.
• Define test coverage for logs, metrics, tracing, and audit trails.
• Design automation architecture and testing approaches.
