Oowlish, a Latin America-based software development company, is hiring an experienced Test Architect to own regression testing strategy across a complex observability platform.

The role focuses on defining acceptance criteria for functional, performance, security, and scalability, and coordinating with engineering teams for IaC deployments and distributed systems. Remote work available with opportunities to collaborate with US and European clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in test architecture, QA engineering, or QA leadership.
• Proven leadership of testing strategy for distributed, data-intensive systems.
• Experience validating performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end regression testing strategy across multiple components.
• Translate success metrics into measurable acceptance criteria.
• Define test coverage for logs, performance, security, and IaC validation.
• Design automation architecture and testing tooling.
• Maintain regression suites across product versions and environments.
• Provide quality reporting and sign-off recommendations.
