Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Training Specialist to design, deliver, and manage IT training programs for the Defense Health Agency and MTIO, emphasizing classroom and virtual instruction and performance improvement.

Remote work 100% with travel for events; DoD familiarity, Adobe Captivate and ITIL knowledge, and strong DHA stakeholder collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver IT training programs for diverse personnel.
• Experience delivering in-person and virtual classroom training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe training tools.
• Translate business needs into clear documents and training content.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify training modules, artifacts, videos, and other materials to meet mission requirements.
• Trains personnel through formal classroom courses (in person and virtual).
• Develops, updates, and maintains computer-based training materials and systems.
• Develops tests and visual aids and evaluates training effectiveness.
• Collaborates with DHA training offices and stakeholders on initiatives.
