Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience focusing on technical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience recruiting for government contractor and aerospace industries.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting leadership to identify solutions to recruiting challenges throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Manage online tracking of applicants, review resumes, determine qualifying candidates and coordinate the interview process.
• Schedule phone, video conference, and other interviews; work directly with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers across BlackSky.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand and post requisitions reflecting duties, responsibilities, experience, and security classifications.
• Compensation benchmarking and guidance on equitable offers.
• Source top-level talent using tools like LinkedIn and Zip Recruiter.
• Communicate with hiring managers regarding hiring needs and recruitment status.
• Maintain recruitment records.
• Be a strong advocate and representative of BlackSky with candidates and employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
