Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive end-to-end program management for complex software projects, from concept through regulatory filing and commercialization. You will develop schedules, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams including software development, QA, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, Agile practices, and experience in a regulated medical device environment, with the flexibility of remote work option

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5–8 years related experience or Master’s degree with 2–5 years experience or PhD with 0–2 years experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end software projects in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program management for complex software projects from concept to regulatory filing and commercialization.
• Develop, track and report on project plans, schedules, critical paths, risks, changes and deliverables.
• Lead project/status meetings with cross-functional teams, executives and external partners.
• Coordinate activities across software development, QA, Regulatory, and Operations with clear prioritization.
• Ensure compliance with internal medical device design controls and regulatory requirements.
