Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 5–8 years related experience, or a Master's degree with 2–5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD with 0–2 years experience.
• Experience in regulated medical device industry is a plus.
• Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
