5+ years of product management, with 3+ years on AI/ML products or data-heavy platforms.
Hands-on experience shipping production AI/ML features and evaluating outcomes.
Demonstrated experience with LLM-powered products in production.
Data fluency and the ability to work directly with data to support decision-making.
Ability to write clear, detailed specs for engineering teams.
Ability to engage in technical planning and evaluate trade-offs.
Track record of owning product outcomes and AI/ML performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Drive product and technical vision from AI/ML investments to user-facing features.
Lead AI/ML feature strategy from problem to production with data requirements and evaluation frameworks.
Translate complex concepts into clear language for leadership and engineering teams.
Lead discovery with Channel Sales through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Define product KPIs and design instrumentation for experimentation and measurement.
