Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, genetics, bioinformatics, healthcare, business, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in technical product management in diagnostics, genomics, or related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a clinical, healthcare, laboratory, or regulated environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Bridge business and technical teams to translate needs into actionable tech specs.
- Own product requirements, backlogs, and prioritization balancing value and feasibility.
- Lead cross-functional product delivery across engineering, UX, QA, and operations.
- Analyze performance metrics and market data to guide decisions.
- Develop scalable technical solutions aligned with internal systems.
