Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, genetics, bioinformatics, healthcare, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical product management experience in diagnostics, genomics, or related field.
• Experience in IT, R&D, or other technical field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in clinical, healthcare, laboratory, or regulated environments.
• Strong ability to translate insights into practical product requirements, technical solutions, and testing plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Bridge business and technical teams to translate market needs into product specs and development plans.
• Own and prioritize technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, quality, operations, and R&D throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use data and market insights to drive decisions and prioritize features.
• Develop scalable technical solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain deep expertise in Baylor Genetics’ clinical products and workflows to guide solutions.
