Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Lead to accelerate DoD software capabilities and delivery.

Based in California with remote collaboration, you will lead cross-functional teams across software, systems, and cybersecurity to translate mission needs into executable solutions. You will work with stakeholders across JFN, NIWC-Pacific, and CDAO, shaping architecture, interfaces, and technical decisions while ensuring interoperability and secure delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years in software or systems engineering and integration.
Experience across complex software or systems integration efforts.
Ability translate needs into technical requirements and priorities.
Knowledge of APIs, data integration, interfaces, interoperability.
Experience with Agile delivery.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical integration lead across stakeholders, software teams, systems integrators, and CDAO partners.
Translate operational/workflow findings into technical requirements and priorities.
Support technical integration across mission areas, including APIs, data, and edge architectures.
Identify and resolve integration dependencies across interfaces, data, and cybersecurity.
Participate in architecture reviews, demonstrations, testing, and implementation planning.
Capture decisions and lessons to support leadership and strategy.
