Envestnet is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Accountant to join the Financial Reporting team. The role focuses on GAAP compliance, MD&A support, SEC filing readiness, and coordination with external auditors in a remote work model with preference for CT, NY, NJ or MA.

You'll prepare financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures, analyze variances, and contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting. CPA is preferred and 5+ years of related experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA required or in process of obtaining.
• Experience with 10-K and 10-Q filings and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirement for corporate entities.
• Experience auditing or working with public companies, asset managers, investment firms or other financial service organizations.
• Technical accounting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Workiva.

Mansioni

• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A for internal and external use.
• Oversee the preparation of SEC filings including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and Form 8-K.
• Analyze financial data and reports to identify variances and remediation strategies.
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Lead the preparation, analysis and distribution of quarterly consolidated financial statements.
• Research new disclosures and accounting standards and advise on improvements.
• Partner with investor relations on quarterly earnings releases and management reporting.
• Support process improvement and automation of financial reporting and internal controls.
