GAAP, partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and the business, and ensure our financial statements are accurate and audit-ready. Reporting to the Technical Accounting & External Reporting leadership, you’ll lead analyses for revenue, leases, stock-based compensation, debt, and other areas, and support Form 10-Q/10-K workpapers while

Qualifications

• Active CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 8+ years progressive accounting experience, Big 4 experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting; able to write clear, well-supported memos.

Responsibilities

• Research and document significant non-recurring accounting positions.
• Monitor ASUs and SEC guidance; maintain accounting policies.
• Prepare technical analyses across revenue, stock-based compensation, leases, EPS, debt, and equity.
• Serve as technical reviewer in chart of accounts mappings and financial statement alignments.
• Assist Form 10-Q/10-K workpapers and strengthen SOX controls.
