Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet technologies to design and implement secure infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, installation, configuration, and deployment of network, compute, and storage infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain SOPs and best practices for infrastructure deployment and management.
• Participate in business audits and lead evaluations of new technologies.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Promote agile development practices within the team.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand user stories and write technical stories.
• Develop scripting and automation tools for infrastructure management.
• Design and implement infrastructure solutions for complex projects.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and drive technical direction.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for features and solutions.
