Job summary

DigaCore Technology Consulting is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / Solutions Architect to design cloud-first infrastructures, lead critical escalations, and work directly with clients to craft end-to-end solutions. The role combines systems engineering with architecture, focusing on Azure, networking, servers, and advanced troubleshooting.

You’ll mentor junior engineers, create clear documentation, and coordinate with sales, PMs, and account managers to deliver secure, scalable deployments

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSP or high-volume IT support environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, and 365 administration.
• Azure infrastructure, virtual networks, and Intune/Endpoint Manager familiarity.
• Strong networking knowledge: firewalls, VPNs, switches, routing.
• Automation/scripting with PowerShell or similar.
• Excellent documentation habits and ability to explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessments and translate business needs into secure, scalable infrastructure designs.
• Design and implement solutions in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune/Endpoint Manager, including Autopilot deployments and policies.
• Advanced networking redesign and optimization for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, manage Level 3+ escalations, and document architectures and processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with sales, PMs, and clients to define deliverables and timelines.
