Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of technical experience related to Health IT.
- Experience developing DoD Issuance (DoDI) 5000.02 agile development processes.
- Demonstrated experience in application and business process development.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to reduce development time, improve deployments, and reduce defects.
- Knowledge of computer concepts to develop automated solutions for engineering, data acquisition and management.
- Must have OpenText experience.
- Highly recommended: OpenText Content Suite, AppWorks, and Archive Center experience.
- Highly recommend OpenText certification (Content Server or AppWorks).
