• 10+ years of technical experience related to Health IT.
• Experience developing DoD Issuance (DoDI) 5000.02 agile development processes.
• Demonstrated experience in application and business process development.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to reduce development time, improve deployments, and reduce defects.
• Knowledge of computer concepts to develop automated solutions for engineering, data acquisition and management.
• Must have OpenText experience.
• Highly recommended: OpenText Content Suite, AppWorks, and Archive Center experience.
• Highly recommend OpenText certification (Content Server or AppWorks).

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated technical expertise in application and business process development.
• Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to reduce development time, improve deployments, and reduce defects.
• Knowledge of computer concepts and techniques to develop and apply automated solutions to engineering, scientific, or business data acquisition and management problems.
• Must have Open Text experience
• Highly recommended: Experience implementing large-scale OpenText Content Suite, AppWorks, and Archive Center.
• Highly recommend OpenText certification (Content Server or AppWorks)
