Progressive Insurance is seeking an Investment Systems Consultant to act as a strategic liaison between Investment Accounting Data and IT teams. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, modernize legacy applications, and drive data quality and reporting controls across the organization.

The role blends business and systems analysis with data analysis and project delivery, requiring collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• 8 years minimum experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users).
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users).

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic liaison between Investment Accounting Data and IT teams.
• Identify, design, and implement solutions to enhance business processes and data quality.
• Modernize legacy applications and data workflows into scalable, sustainable solutions.
