Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Planning (Remote) to lead end-to-end demand and supply planning for a multi-product portfolio from a remote location in the United States. The role requires strong SIOP, capacity planning, and inventory management skills, plus 10–12 years of related experience and a Bachelor degree in a relevant field.

You will drive demand-to-supply translation, optimize inventory, and work closely with Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing and Procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10-12 years of strong experience in supply planning / supply chain management with team leadership.
• Hands-on experience in SIOP, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Experience managing product portfolio supply chain; bilingual/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand and supply management for the product portfolio.
• Translate demand into supply plan considering inventory, lead time, and capacity.
• Drive demand-supply balancing and mitigate risks and gaps.
• Improve delivery performance, supply reliability and service levels.
• Manage end-to-end inventory strategy and DOH/cost optimization.
• Lead NPI launches, migrations and EOL transitions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and coach the supply planning team and ensure cross-functional alignment.
