Advatix, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Planner to develop tactical and strategic supply plans, manage inventory, and ensure service and financial objectives are met. The role involves traveling to customer locations for on-site support and promoting our company culture.

The candidate will lead inventory optimization efforts, collaborate with customers and suppliers, and use planning systems to balance demand with cost and capacity constraints in a dynamic environment.

• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and partners.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Access.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using planning systems to develop supply chain solutions.
• Solid knowledge of demand planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
• Ability to influence and align internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop inventory strategies to maximize turns while meeting service targets.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and prepare for future growth.
• Identify capacity gaps and adjust sourcing accordingly.
• Create reports and analyses of KPIs to drive cost and service improvements.
• Maintain supportive relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Lead cross-functional or global project teams.
• Balance demand forecast with cost, efficiency, and capacity constraints.
• Mentor team members on systems and processes.
